Corporate Secretarial Executive

Requirements:
  • A level, Diploma or Degree Graduate in Business Administration, fresh Graduates from the School of Business Studies, ICSA Graduate or currently pursuing ICSA courses.
  • Those without qualification but have years of experience may also apply.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organised, meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative/secretarial supports to companies.
  • Performing corporate secretarial duties, such as prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain statutory records of companies in compliance with the Companies Act.
  • Coordinate proceeding of board and shareholders’ meetings and preparation of annual reports.
  • Filing of returns with the authorities.
 
Accounts Executive

Requirements:
  • Minimum LCCI Higher Accounting/Diploma Qualification.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well organised, meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiar with accounting software.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to clients.
  • Prepare management accounts, quarterly GST return.
